Chuong: I think cutting the Dissidents off as allies over their general silliness would be a bit of an overreaction. Now if they intentionally committed a crime, especially if it puts others in danger, then yes you can cut them off as allies.
Zax: In this case, I think it's hilarious to let Rainier carry out this plan in case the Canadian men's hockey team fails to achieve gold because in return, we get entertainment, just like he said in his plans.
Silent Cat: As crazy as he may be, I don't think it is worth cutting the Dissidents off over their silly antics. So in this case, let Rainier stick with his plans. How well his country's hockey team does in the Olympics will be up to them.

Silent Night: Remember, winner keeps Hans Island. Rainier said it, and I'm just going along with it.
