Hey, no worries as far as having to leave those times in the past! Things came up in the real world for you, and you needed to get them done! Life happens, and matters such as mental health and well-being are absolutely important! Don't ever short-change yourself! ;w; However much time passes, as far as I'm concerned, I'm always gonna be here! I've made too many friends here to quit now! X3 You included, Wafflebark! We may not have talked much, but I certainly looked forward to your works through the years, and they're always a treat to check out! So to see this pop up earlier this evening and get me laughing with joy... I'm truly honored! I really am! ;///w///;

Right off the bat, got a really nice simple but effective pre-combat pose, goading whoever he's looking at to come at him! Excellent use of motion lines with his hand-paw! Got that nice, confident smile on his muzzle going on there which is fantastic! Most impressive with how his hair/mane is done in this style! Good amount of volume and spikiness to it! I'm diggin' the way each bang and spike of hair tapers off! Wicked flow and length of Leo's lion tail there; great work on the tuft, too! Speaking of tufts, way to get in some extra bits of fur tufts around key areas like his shoulders and cheeks! The neck/chest floof is very well done! I see that he's got the four-finger style instead of his usual five-finger look; good to know that he can pull off the more cartoony-look of hand-paws! Impressive job on the ninja sandals and the detailing all over! Marvelous efforts with the colouring everywhere; I'm very happy to see how the lighting and shading turned out especially here! Splendid attempt at his fire design on his muscle shirt and how blended and wavy those flames look! Well done! Also smart thinking getting it to fly around naturally a bit while he's in that pose to the point where we can see a bit of his sides there! Gotta love the subtle catches like that! X3 Creative idea getting some cool red paint strokes in the back to give it that nice ninja scroll aesthetic behind him! :D

Even his kanji turned out amazingly on his muscle shirt! Of course if I had known you were doing such a gift like this for me, I'd have told ya about my design change idea to give him the kanji character "武" (meaning "warrior") instead, but that's not an issue, especially for this drawing! Plus I haven't gotten around to getting such a ref sheet in order for him yet! ;;;>w< lol
