Just a small fun piece for an event where we had to draw our characters as deities. It has nothing to do with canon, except for a couple of references. For example, one particularly unpleasant moment in Turbo’s story was closely tied to the jungle. And in his world there really was a civilization that lived in the jungles and had mythical beings resembling the furtivy (in fact, the furtivy are a parody of them, but that’s a story for another time).
They are guardians — a mix of jaguars, whose strength impressed people; dogs, who served them loyally; and parrots, so that no enemy could escape even into the sky. These mythological beings often acted as keepers of treasure vaults and tombs, mercilessly punishing intruders.
As for the event itself: within this event Turbo is a deity responsible for wealth, prosperity, and its preservation. People offer him various valuables, and in return he multiplies the donor’s luck.
He is an egocentric and capricious deity, but not a cruel one. His anger can be provoked only by theft and deceit. He punishes thieves, swindlers, and looters.
Despite his willfulness, he is benevolent even toward small offerings — for him, intentions matter most. He values even the tiniest contributions from the poor and looks down on stingy rich folk.
For greed, he may bring misfortune. Aristocratic and divine roles have always suited Turbo well, since in canon he can come across as somewhat capricious and fond of comfort.
How unfortunate that over the course of the story he will lose all of it completely.
