First of all, I must apologize for the text in Russian on this and the next sketch page! I'll explain the meaning below 🖊️
A rather amusing scene related to the curse that befell both of them at different times. Khai was cursed before the beginning of the story, but (as in "Between Worlds") he found a way to hide his monstrous appearance. And Ratt was cursed long after the story began, when he turned to immortal beings known as "light spirits" for help in a matter they considered dishonourable. Ironically, Khai was cursed by the same spirits, albeit for a different, more compelling reasons. This fact gave me the idea of a dialogue where Khai and Ratt show their understanding to each other in a funny way. It's hard for me to translate this, but in simple terms, Ratt asks Khai if he was cursed by the same scoundrels, the so-called light spirits. And Kai wryly replies that it's hard not to recognize their style.
