2km/2$ - Completely up to me. You can tell me a couple of types that you're into and I'll work based on that, but it will be a complete surprise to you.
5km/5$ - You may choose the biological gender, but I will be pick everything else. As with the first tier, you can give me a few types you're into to give me an idea of what to make.
7km/7$ - You may pick the gender *and* the exact type you want.
10km/10$ - You can pick the Pokemon itself, and there will be a 50/50 chance of receiving a shiny version! You can opt out of the shiny option, if you'd prefer, just let me know.

I originally did these on bases by lockworkorange, but I can branch out to others if there's a specific one you'd like. if it's pay to use, link it to me and I can check if I already own it. if not, I'll do the adopt for the price of the base itself. otherwise, free bases are fine!
