PART 1
PART 2 (multi-arm)
PART 3 (BE, leopard tail)
PART 4 (harpy)
PART 5 (tentacles)
Watch it being drawn for a limited time at my LiveStream!
This round's winner is
JackMcSlay with a bird taur transformation. I tried for the requested 2-knees approach. It probably didn't come out quite right...but drawing the stickly talons was a lot of fun.
THE STORY: Genny shook her four bird legs to rid them of the serum. She couldn't believe she had done this to herself. She spotted a small trash bin next to the cabinets in the kitchenette and disposed of the bottle. No longer daring to quench her thirst, she flitted around the spacious testing room, intrigued by the way her new legs postured themselves. She wished she only had two wings, and that she was light enough to be able to fly, and that she was outdoors...but of course, that wasn't going to happen. The scientists wouldn't want their test subject flying off, would they? Genny looked around for something to do. One corner of the room was laid out like a living room, with a chair and tables, decorated with a couple of miniature sculptures, and a bookshelf. While browsing the titles on the books' spines, Genny's tail idly swayed in the air, knocking over one of the sculptures. Strange-smelling purple gas exploded out of the broken ceramic, sending Genny into a coughing fit and triggering another change.
YOU DECIDE: What effect will the gas have?
OFF-LIMITS THIS ROUND: Alteration of her bird legs.
EDIT: The deadline is extended to Sunday, August 21 at 9:00pm Eastern (1:00am GMT). I will be out of town next weekend, so I can't draw the next image until I get back. Use the comment feature below to submit a suggestion.

It's already getting pretty complicated. I'd like to try getting to 10 images again. Maybe push it longer than that. It will depend on the next couple rounds of changes and if I decide to take the story in another direction besides "She does something and it transforms her".
Straighten her back out, thicken the tentacles, and spread feathers or fur up to cover the rest of her body. (Moving her in a more feral monster-y direction) I would say change her face as well but that might be asking too much.
I'm just thinking, just because somebody offers you a large sum of money doesn't mean you should take it.
(That poor, poor, girl.)

You mean straighten her back out so it's completely horizontal, with the tentacles acting like forelegs?
Genny's definitely bitten off more than she can chew, but she DID want some kind of transformation, and she DID sign the paperwork. Hopefully she'll look back on this one day and laugh.

Once again, her head is rather plain; give her some horns, antennae, extra eyes, slitted pupils (like a feline or a reptile), forked tongue, pointed ears... Whatever, just make her head change, please!
And preference would be forked tongue, a pair of fangs, and slitted pupils for a snake theme.
