I simply don't give him enough love and he deserves it.

So I'm giving him away and at 1AM Central Time (US) I will be choosing one user who I feel will give him the attention he deserves.

HOWEVER

I require the following below:

- NO DESIGN EDITS (Keep his design exactly how it is.)
- CREDIT  spottheterrier for the design and watch her!
- Please try to keep him male, I would feel comfortable if the adopter kept him as a male.
- Arts! He needs arts and anything else to keep his design alive. He needs to be spoiled >:C
