This shows a complete misunderstanding of the legal reason for a corporation. Without corporations being considered legally to be persons, they would have absolutely no legal standing. They could neither sue, nor be sued. They could not be taxed. They could break any law that applies to a person, because they would not be persons.

Please think logically, no emotionally.

You obviously do not understand the legal process. You are thinking emotionally, what you WANT, rather than what is legal.

Can you sue the sun for causing you sunburn? No, you cannot. The sun is not legally a person. Can a lawyer sue for a cat who was abused? No, he cannot. A cat is not legally a person.

Same with corporations. Without designating them a person under the law, they cannot sue nor be sued.

I'm a lil under the rock on the whole US republicans and presidents (not american here) but obama is a great president from that I know of also during his years the US military finaly took out osama bin laden.
