I do like the skins. I downloaded them and modified them (before you freak out, keep reading), with another textures. Basically I took gloves that cover the entire hands and fingers completely from another texture pack and then copied over the the hands exclusively of the anthroarms. Then I took the shadowing, got rid of the leather band in the process, and recolored it for my personal wants. And viola. I made anthropomorphic arms that look like my own characters and don't have to worry about claws or any of that because of the gloves.
Plus...because it's two skins mixed together made by two different users, and it's my own characters skin. And, despite the fact I'm in an easy position to just upload and claim it. I don't want to. Mine. All mine. :B You can't have them.

Lol mate you can relax, they are copyrighted with Creative Commons right to distribute, copy, use so long as others treat alike. So there's no issue, this is the internet all I ask is that you know your sources (as you do seem to) and know where your work comes from then you're set. Nothing to worry about hehe :P you may even upload so long as you cite your inspiration/base texture etc.

The answer is yes and no. These skins are made for the Counter-Strike Source hand models and therefore will open work with Counter-Strike weapons. This means that in Gmod, the only way you'll see them is if you have a Counter-Strike weapon equipted.
The easiest way to install them into Gmod is to follow the exact same instructions you would if you were installing them into Counter-Strike - except instead you place them with in Garrys Mod instead.
And just to be clear, this means they will not appear on HL2 weapons or the Physgun.

Aye! They bother me too! But it's because of the way the model works, the CSS hands aren't hands they are in fact gloves. If you make it look like only a hand, it looks like you have a tumor or are somehow deformed.
Another skinner once replaced that section with a watch, but to be honest I wasn't skilled enough to make it look that perfect because of the weird distortion in that area of the skin. So my best solution was a small leather band <3
