My comment is about the story itself not the art. My comment is directly related to how he responds to the idea of her getting an abortion, the idea she herself had considered, started the steps to be able to do and set up a plan of action to commit.

And I'll agree with abrasive, my thoughts on the topic are not going to change and honestly rather harsh. If the parents are not at a stable point to handle the medical, physical, and emotional needs of an infant, then abortion early is the most humane option.

Lastly on this, prevoius page shows both her plan and her wants and other comics on the gallery show that she isnt happy being a mother. For her, in this story, abortion clearly would have been the correct choice.

There's a couple of things wrong with what you said. First if she truly wanted an abortion she shouldn't have said it to the father as telling him she's carrying the potential future child of his only to immediately say I'm gonna have an abortion is horrible. You also have to take into consideration both parties, the father has as much rights to the child as she does and finally he never "ashamed abortion", he just wanted to give the child a chance and was more than ready to be a father. Lastly if she truly didn't want it she could've just as easily given up the child to the father and walked away. There's more option the to just tell him he's going to be a dad and then say sike im gonna get rid of it immediately

I commend you for sharing this. It is a very controversial subject and can bring out a lot of hate. We already know she choose to keep the child. Unfortunately she seems to blame and resent the father for the choice and she shouldn't. She could have gone through with it, or given him up for adoption or turned custody over to the father and left. Every moment she chooses to stay. I'm not saying the alternative would be easy but she could have. Instead she becomes bitter. We all are responsible for our choices, whether we let other influence them or not.
