This large needlefelt sculpture is of a Woolly Mammoth. He measures about 9 inches tall at the top of his head! He has a poseable trunk, and his tusks are made of Super Sculpey. I made him by wrapping a wire armature skeleton with fiber-fill and needlefelting over it. This means that the sculpture is both soft and cuddly, but also able to hold a pose and stand on his own.

A large needlefelt sculpture like this is perfect for an animal lover with gentle hands. Because of the materials they are made of and the way I make them, they are not intended for very little children.
