He is the younger brother of Alicia Humbolt and second son of Acknar and Jianna Humbolt. He is a passive-aggressive character, unlike his older sister Alicia, he does have doubts about accepting the republic in the Zafirine empire, since he mentions the biological tradition of the sapphirines of not having a republic because it is unhealthy and impure for the Zafirine wolves, which has made him enter into debates and intense fights with his sister Alicia and his mother Jianna. Due to the failure of Alicia's republic in 1975 with the coronation of Omaira and William, Eduard decides on his own and not with his family to join the Romanov-Cyron to fight Lin Showa, which pushed his older sister to enter intelligence work for the Blue Army. He is more of bad jokes but always has a room for doubt unlike the calculating coldness of his older sister.
