Most likely the worst-kept secret in the entire company was Elliot's well-earned promotion to Vice President. After only a couple of years with the company, he skyrocketed his career all the way up to being second only to the CEO. He quickly became a company favorite, with much skinnier and lower-level employees looking up to Elliot to also hopefully elevate their careers as well.
