well I've finished me again., Cause like me ;]
so yeah the eye was meant to be glowy , but don't really know how to do that really. . . .
umm took forever i like the head better like this, makes it feel more dragon like
so basically I'm Jumping down from flying, i did want to do Broken earth But fail at it so it became water and dust
(i might change the title unless People give me Some good names/ ideas)
done in Paint tool Sai (Cause that's all i have)
