This my second favorite ship behind Jo and Bill. Jo and Jonas. Before you get your pitchforks and flame me, my Twister OTP is Jo and Bill.



As a kid, I always felt that Jonas had a crush on Jo, and was partially jealous of Bill because of it, other than not being as successful as him, etc. Honestly I probably shipped this ship as a kid before I even knew what shipping was lmao.



In adulthood I was able to purchase the original screenplay book, which confirmed my thoughts. Jonas having a crush on Jo was canon lol. In canon, I think Jonas had a crush on Jo, but Jo didn't feel the same way.



I ship these two in both a crack pairing sense, as well an AU sense. I just think they'd look cute together. In my head-canon, Jonas wasn't the pompous jerk that we see in the movie. He became that way over time, because he was consumed by his jealousy.
