TI-919 not only oversaw the prison factory as the head warden, but doubled as the facilities central security systems processing node. during a rebel raid on the prison factory, the droid deliberately cut off air flow to the prisoners barracks to kill them as collective punishment for the rebel attack. rocket raccoon, leading the strike team, freed the prisoners and helped them stage a mass riot, which served as a diversion for the secondary teams to rescue the two target prisoners; scientists involved in reynards creation and programming, key to the rebel efforts. tactical droid TI-919 met his end when attempting to restore main power to the security systems, during which rocket raccoon fatally stabbed him in the head with a plasma knife.
