I wanted to play around with the blur tool, outerglow and polygon lasso tool (yeah, I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong) and this is what came out. Its painfully aweful but it came out better than I thought it would and with a lot more practice I could become a decent digital artist. Hopefully...^^;
