This was a little experiment with this type of commission, where I get in touch with the person and get to know who I’m drawing. Combining that with my creative freedom makes me feel super comfortable to create something full of meaning and affection.
Lua is someone deeply connected with the world and its energies. They read tarot for me and our circle of friends, and they truly carry the power to choose their own destiny — balancing between extremes, good and evil. That’s why I added the yin and yang symbol on their nails.
Besides that, Lua is an extroverted soul — a non-binary diva with such contagious energy that they genuinely inspire me.
