You know, I only did that once. Complete the pokèdex thing... Once.
It got me absolutely nothing.
So, I just pick six from a pokèdex who can use all the HMs and are well-rounded in abilities and hardly ever catch anything else.
My current pokèdex has about 16, and 6 of that is just them evolving. :P
