WOW....as usual, your mix of physical textures and ethereal symbolism make for a beautiful piece. The patterns on the dress are especially awesome because I draw similar designs on my hands and clothes (and the random guitar or coffee table <.<) I'm especially fond of those little three pronged lotus-like flowers near the knees and the glowing apple-like fruit flowing out from the center.

I enjoyed doing the dress. Such patterns are often drawn on the fly in a meditative state (though I won't make any claims of psychic sensitivity XD ) I was at my parents' house when I was drawing and shading it, and Mom caught a glance and said that it looked good. She didn't know I was in Furry. ^o^

I did the background using glue-peel and drip techniques, about a day before I did the figure. Ran into a few problems matching up the drawing to the painting, though. ^^;

 lacrimas asked me to compose something that reflects two of her Latin-language names; Lucio meaning "I Shine" and lacrimas sanguinem meaning "tears of blood". ^_^
