i recently posted a doodle of this outfit design in my scraps, but i figured i'd do a more polished version to get the idea across
i'm still working on requests, but it might take a while because im having a fibro flare up ^^;
his old outfit doesn't match his personality anymore, and he needs a look that distinguishes him from the other watchdogs in the hater empire - i wanted to make it distinct from wander's outfit but still have similar vibes lol
