I have mentioned Ethan a couple of times before, both as Cecil's nemesis and as Venus's crush, but I had never really submitted a drawing of him before now. In any case, this is Ethan, with his normal 'Aha...' face reserved specially for Cecil. Poor bloke just doesn't understand why Cecil is as power hungry as he is, and unlike the other arbex, he doesn't particularly play along with him, usually right out ignoring whatever the other one says~
