Her oaken ritual staff, carved with the names of her ancestors and polished smooth by years of use, rests firmly in her grasp, its carved spiral catching what little moonlight filters through the boughs above. A gentle green radiance pools in her free hand, illuminating her auburn curls and the calm determination in her eyes—the light of a healer, a storyteller, and a guardian of the wild. A beautiful portrait of my bruvin OC, Moira MacKenzie, who is a druid and bard known in her land as a Lorekeeper, the living vessel of the area's memory. In universe, lorekeepers are trained to memorize oral histories, legends, mythology, and family lineages. Moira also breaks with tradition and sometimes writes especially complicated or longer entries in a magically protected and sealed tome.
