He's the tyrant king of GoldTree. This place doesnt exist in Dragon Quest, but follows the naming conventions of the Monsters world.

He'll mostly use earth and fire magic, to parallel Augustus's wind and explosion, and will use a trident to complete the Weapon Triangle with Julius's sword and Augustus's hammer (Hammers are treated as axes in Fire Emblem)
