With the exception of Ken and Evelyn, I hadn't given much thought to the other members of Bolt, so I decided to work on the team. I started with the lynx and the stingray I had drawn as examples of agents.
Russell Chambers is another of the ADM agents. The serious and stoic member of the team. He was once part of the Bureau of Investigation and, thanks to his performance, was recruited by the ADM.
