Before the incident at the monastery that left him hunted, the son of Devloek, Casimir, lived as a humble priest in a regular church, Catholic. Often scorned and under many suspicions from his fellow priests, Casimir is a nervous and timid creature. He sports another set of arms and lacks a neck, which he desperately tries to hide under his tall collar. The lower arms he can't much get away with hiding, so makes due by having special robes made for him. His legs, also, are the cause of much superstition in the church, because they're both bent like a satyr's legs with hooves instead of feet, as hinted by the odd shapes under his socks. Tension is raised in the church about having Casimir stay. Many of the priests in the church know of his ailment, and they don't want a demon to have free reign inside a holy place. The only thing protecting him from being kicked out is the word of the kindly old minister.
Covered in scratches and bruises from his latest encounter with his demon, Casimir awakes one night to strange sounds coming from down the hall. They sound unnatural, and often times a distant cackle is heard. What could be making that sound? Nobody else has awoken or seems to hear it. Shaking, Casimir lights a candle and ventures out into the hall to investigate, his rosary clutched tightly in his hand. He's not sure what to expect... after all, the demon within him very frequently causes him visual and auditory hallucinations... but what if this sound is... real?

Forgive the wretched quality of the poorly-photoshopped candle.
