Here's another commission of my Skyrim-child Fahdonmul, this time wearing a catsuit and staring at the viewer.
If you can somehow find non-hostile dragons (the two watching the portal at Skuldafn, for instance) they will just crane their necks and stare at you, which is kind of adorable. (Though it is difficult to have a front-view dragon that doesn't look silly)

As for the catsuit, I did manage to mod that into Skyrim for fun, complete with the painted claws. NPCs will still scream that you're naked, though.
Canonically I think of it as Bound Armour, since you're not easily going to get a spiky dragon into a rubber outfit without tearing it.
