It's Me 'n my best mate Oz! Mineminemine.
In just under a month, these two roos will be back together in Australia wreaking havoc down under. I'm spending another ten days with Oz, and we'll be painting the towns red (and green!), bouncing all over the east side of the continent for that week 'n a half.
Unfortunately, neither one of these 'roos will be at Anthrocon. I was hoping to at least get the green one to sneak in for a couple of days, but the timing is bad and it's just not possible. Next public outing for Duncan will be Midwest Furfest.

well, first you need to commission those guys with the robot giraffe, to to make a robot roo, of appropriate size, and all...then... invest in boat loads of green fur....install a robotics control port like inside the head or chest... it could be done...but I doubt for less than like a million kangaroo ears... I mean dollars.
No no no, you're making things much too complicated.
All you need to do is get Duncan a pair of stilts, and build some kind of metal support structure with bungie cords for the larger tail which would no longer be able to support its own weight. Then lop Oz off at the kneecaps, starve him for a few weeks, and squeeze him into a child size suit.
It'll be totally uncomfortable, but you won't be able to tell with the suits on.
