I am curious of the context, is this 'single action' directly from the game story or something new?

It's the comment Kallamar makes with "Kill Shamura, but do not send me to my death!" It locked in Lamb's dislike of Kallamar real good. She had a strong bond with her own two brothers, so someone willing to throw their sibling under the bus so blatantly is very distasteful to her.
Less fair to Kallamar is that his comment caused Lamb to remember her guilt over having to call out insults so her surviving brother would hear and run away to safety instead of coming to camp and being slaughtered. (My version of Lamb was raised by a small pack of wolves starting around age 7 when her sheep family died, so the Old Faith cultists who killed the rest of the family and captured Lamb didn't really have a reason to spend extra time chasing a rando wolf around)
