I wish I could say it was just a filter.
IT took about 8 hours. I had about 35 layers that I kept in the end. It's a combination of filters, masking, paintings, hand painting to extending and touch up techniques.
So it's not just one thing I was looking for a specific imaging and look so it takes a while with that.
