Will go to scraps once complete.
There's still some more things I wanna adjust on this sketch (missing arm blade, ruby necklace, etc.), but I'm liking what have right now. Funny that I keep thinking about Rugal from KOF (and CvS2) whenever I sketch out Phillip. At this point, Ruby Dragon Phillip is pretty much the Rugal to Edward‘s Kyo Kusanagi.
Pay no mind to mini God Rugal.
I was using him for pose reference.
