how do you use hair for a brush exactly, like I know that like, brushes are lil brissle bits but would you have to do something specific to achieve it?

I just cut/arranged the hair in ways that were beneficial to painting. Petrykivka specifically has alot of techniques that involve the brushes shape being pretty specific
