Along with Jamie, I also got this cyborg kitty as a fun past time to write a "villainous assassin" who takes own any authority leader from an unclear nation. With influences of Thrax mixed like a "virus of the authority". But there is more to her then meets her cybergenic eyes.

A classified cybernetic hunter with an objective to eliminate totalitarian dictators that pose a threat to the world from an unnamed nation.
Giving the name Carmen or "Control absolute regime militant eliminator nero-unit (the "u" is hush hush) or "C.a.r.m.e.n" for short. A very sure of herself killer of a Lynx. All in her hyper focus on the job at hand and takes it by heart and pleasure. Rather it be her own freewill or programing is unknown. Yet has a goal to beat her time record by each kill to end a ruler under a certain time to be the top hunter. Seeing his successful hunts as achievements for the free world but mostly seen as a chilling beast as seeing how far she can go to any lengths to downright murder in old blood like an ice queen. All in a cool and fearless way with a disturbing upbeat "warm" attitude that nothing can discourage her. While creepily keeps recordings of her targets' final moments like a movie and takes delight in seeing them like their victims in a show. All while scrolling like on social media. With overconfidence, violent, yet calm nature leading her to be a haunting appearance. Even having great joy and entertaining with killing, she goes AWOL and starts killing any authority she comes across. So, she was “shut down”, or so the higher ups thought. Now hunting in the wild world spree, it’s gonna be a challenge to take her down. With powers of Cellular disintegration via wrist blades, super strength with hand-to-hand combat, to gps tracking and hidden weapons/guns from her armor and hands. She is a force to be reckoned with. With also a love for metal rock that gives her going !
