Serene of the Church of Sensation: One of the Fallen Angels who, as punishment for siding with the Bright One, were stripped of all sensation. They could no longer feel pain yes, but they also couldn't feel anything else. Eons later, this curse has driven the Fallen insane. They revere any physical feeling as something sacred and grand, a gift they've lost so long ago and a trying to remember how it felt. Serene, is the head Acolyte of one of the Church's branches tasked with finding new potential members through the use of the artifact known as the Tripoint Sanguinary. The sensations she will expose them to is the stuff of legend and nightmares at the same time. The Sanguinary would be dismantled into separate pieces and they would be scattered around the world, o be found and assembled by a potential new neophyte to the Church. And when they finally do, Serene is there to greet them and welcome them with open arms.
MaschinenMensch 13: Engineer Rotgriff had worked on the plans to recreate his dead wife through the use of robotics. That short-sighted fool Rossum had no idea of the potential machines actually had. But Rotgriff knew. He knew and, when not strong armed into building machines of war for the Nazis along side the likes of Dr. Totenkopf, he worked in secret with stolen resources to remake his beloved. Unfortunately the jackbooted monsters found out about his activities and had him executed after he completed his tasks for them. But the plans remained hidden until they were unearthed by the invading Allies and shipped off to the States. There, during the rise of The Big Brother and the StateSOC party, in the bowels of the Washington metropolis, after 12 failed attempts, the robot was finally assembled by the party's greatest scientific minds like Cory, Spensser and Delambre through the use of both engineering and something else....unnatural, succeeding in achieving Rotgriff's dream....much to their detriment.
Adanoid Hinkel: The maniacal, egocentric chancellor of the Tromundreich and head of the Nazi party. Through his genius leadership (or most likely delegation), he transformed the post-war Tromany into a so-called "Machine State" of efficiency (mockingly called Meccania by foreign journalists). Though considered harmless in the eyes of the outside world, his ambitions were so (delusionally) great that the entire world wouldn't have been enough to satisfy them. None talks about the "Great Leader's" life before his political career and he likes to keep it that way. They only aspect he is (seemingly) open about is his time in the trenches of the Great Martian War and the (supposed) commendations he earned there. Under the (constant) supervision of the likes of Minister Veutzigh Garbrecht and his (notorious) propaganda machine, the (hotheaded) decorated soldier was transformed into a central figure of (nonsensical) legend and a cult of personality that would drag the rest of the world into another global conflict (no aliens needed this time).
