This is a Slyfie an ancient cousin to the dragons, they are immortal for they have their souls separated from their body. When a Slyfie is hatched from their eggs the come with a small stone which as the grow, grows as well, that is there souls. They can live with out the egg and can be separated from it for as long as they want, but if the stone is broken or destroyed they do die so they take their time searching for the perfect hiding place. If someone where to find the stone they could claim and control the Slyfie. Their feathers are the same color as their eggs.
