She's a squirrel girl super-heroine. And in the picture she's in the lab of an evil scientist, who favors the color green - which explains the bg.

Regretfully I accidentally closed the program before unclicking 'merge layers flat', so now everything is 1 layer. This means, dispite your best efforts, I'm not going to bother touching the bg anymore nor Nora (with exception of minor lightings and filters if I sell this as a print.)
