Ok the truce between myself and the Popilla japonica has disintegrated like cotton candy in the rain.
My plants were fine on Saturday and come sunday they decided to have a mass orgy and eat a bunch of my flowers.
This photo was taken a few minutes before I came out and started the insect war. Since I have found that the insecticides are fairly indiscriminate when killing little things, I decided to do it the old fashioned way....
I must have destroyed at least 150 of them, I mean the plants were infested.
