Victory Town Mayor - Mayor Goldberg the Golduck
Can't really say much about this guy, other than he's more business man/mon than Mayor in personality
I was tempted to make him a pale/white Golduck and while the design did look cool, I felt the design made him look a little like Mc Scrooge Duck so decided against it in the end.
Also decided to exchange his cigar for a leak for him to smoke, because I thought it would be more amusing and also I didn't really want to draw a cigar in the end.
