Fursuiting shown sympathetically on mainstream German TV
I hope I'm not breaking any rules by uploading a photo I took of a TV screen. If I did I'm sorry and I'll remove it.
I spent the evening with my family. We watched a movie on TV and a furry meeting and fursuiters played a central role in it. It was portrayed in an absolutely sympathetic and cute way.
My parents didn't make fun of it, and I felt very happy. I felt embarrassed but at the same time it was wonderful.
It was the first time I've ever seen fursuiting on mainstream TV, and in a wholesome way that didn't make fun of it.
The movie was "Nächste Ausfahrt Glück – Hinter der Maske" shown on ZDF on November 9, 2025 on German public TV.
