Here's a montage of a random weekend where DA's Klonoa90 's character Ashley came to have a sleepover with Vivy and Crystal :D
Vivy thought it was odd how her body treated her head but the night seemed to go well enough. However, it seems Ashley's body had alternative goals for the sleepover...namely making Vivy and Crystal's bodies turn sentient and revolt against their heads like she did @-@; (yeah she has the ability to make bodies sentient)
Luckily, instead of joining the revolt Vivy's body only had affection and love for her head and got that point across to Ashley's body while their heads slept.
The next morning Ashely got a big surprise when her body treated her with more respect and they all managed to have a lot of fun together...even though Ashely's body still made Vivy and Crystal's bodies gain a mind of their own XD Funny enough Crystal didn't seem to be surprised by these turn of events at all...and was almost disappointed when things went back to normal <,<;
Hope the lesson will allow Ashley's body to not be so mean to heads after this @-@

Well, head detaching could mostly be described as confusing XD Looking at once scene while experiencing something totally different can be weird until you get used to it @-@ Plus if you're separated for some reason, moving around is like being blindfolded and wearing earplugs ^^;
A sentient body would make it pretty helpless for the head really @-@; Depending on how much the body still relies on the head at least.

Personally, the only one I really like is the head XD The only other one I'd consider is the waist, but I find it far too limiting to make a full time type of thing.
The head still leaves you fully able to do whatever you want...as long as you don't mind carrying yourself around or watching from a distance X3 ...but pretty much every other kind of detachment is too limiting as far as abilities and story ideas go for my tastes D:

It would make a wonderful what if story to see bodies turn against their head masters, but ultimate realizing that they need one another as the heads spend a day unable to move or do all the fun things if they had a body, or the bodies unable to see, smell, or listen to wonder things. They realizes that one can not exist without the other.
