Originally, this character appeared in Jack. Precisely, in a story called Those That Run in which - in his first appearance - can be found HERE.
In the past i kinda wanted to make a Doom mod based on a possible Sequel/Alternate Universe of that story, with some of the characters turned to the good side and some others to the bad one, but sadly it got canned because of lack of will/lack of programming skills/lack of everything. I wanted to save something, though.
So i did a concept art of this character as i imagined it at the time: an ex-rework (a corrupted soul, similar to a rabid creature in the vein of 28 Days Later) turned back to normal and reconstructed as an half-cyborg working for the hellforces.
I kinda like how the headshot came out.
