So I decided to simplify the stripes, gave him eyebrows, higher cheek ruffs. Of course, he looks different from the comics - I gave him higher stylization in the comics because it's easier to repeat the figure in multiple frames in one piece. I'd like to give him more form and muscle here because a beefcake pin-up has to be beefy. Buahaha! Anyways, if you notice, I never really gotten down to being consistent with his design - he looks different in every piece - like completely a different person in every image. I hope to draw more consistent Thomas Black from now on - having read a few articles, done some tutorials and made some practice. So, enjoy the New Tiger!

Nice. He does indeed look pretty damned hot.
If you're cool with me giving critique, I'd have to say that perhaps his hips and waist are a touch narrow for the build you're going for. Not to say that it's disproportionate, but I just think making the lower portion of his trunk broader would give his lower half a beefiness to better match the muscle tone of his chest and arms.

Hmm... looks like you moved his hips up a touch to me. Not sure if you made the hips broader, but he still looks a touch skinny below the chest. Mostly, it looks like the section on his left side - which would be our right side - needs to be moved outward a touch, and everything stretched out to fit it.
I've been looking for a few refs, but I'm not finding anything in that exact pose. The pics on this blog post come fairly close though, so you could probably use them for reference.
