Definitely not an unpopular opinion, But I was VERY disappointed when looking back on what they did for shiny Glaceon!!! (And shiny Leafeon, But everybody has already taken care of that lil problem by making a fall version.) So, I wanted to try my hand at a redesign! Pure white & Indigo. Well, It's meant to be indigo, But whenever I'd make it more blue, it'd be TOO blue, and when I'd make it more purple, TOO purple!!! I just Settled.
