This comic is very self-explanatory.
However, the Brigadier-Chef [that’s Victorine’s boss] is not pleased about this.
That is Ségolène [SAY-goh-lehn]. She is the Brigadier-Chef, meaning she is the boss of Victorine, according to the ranks. She has a “tiny” temper problem.
And the fact that Labrador tends to screw up on catching Georgette, it really doesn’t do much help for that grumpy Dalmatian.
