I think this is the first time I’ve drawn Aozoran Knights as mentioned in my sona Azure’s bio- note to self, need to make that a publicly-available document for folks on socials.
But apart from that! Was a good opportunity to work on the kingdom’s official armors; in fealty to the ruling Griffander house, the royal knights wear beaked helmets & bear the blue-silver-gold of their leaders- whereas their neighboring territory, Valoria, have more ‘modernist’ uniforms with rough sage-green fabric and gunpowered weaponry to suit their dieselpunk aesthetic. The two nations have never fully understood each other’s culture, but common enemies like pirate gangs give them reason to team up and share strategies.
