Not much backstory yet, but a basic idea is he'd grow up in the same city as Stray as a part of gang of orphans helping eachother out as they grow up on the streets. He'd end up growing up to be a bit of a thug, using muscle to get what their crew needed. Also not being all that approving of Stray's methods of getting food, especially since it tends to just add more mouths to feed.

During a job gone wrong he and Stray end up having to running, and they try using a stolen, experimental handheld teleporter to escape from the authorities which caused them to slip outside of their reality. They later wake up at Cross Road Town. After the relief and wonder of how peacefull Cross Road Town was wore off, he started feeling guilty about leaving behind the rest of their gang and tried his best convince Stray that they needed to go back. When they finally returned to their home world they found their crew in shambles. Part of them welcomed the pair back, while the rest resented them for seemingly abandoning them for months.

Stray invited the gang to go to Cross Road Town with her, where they wouldn't have to struggle to live anymore, but only part of them took her up on that offer. TBN decided to try and stay with the part of the crew who were staying behind, but didn't find himself welcome anymore. Now he jumps between the two worlds. Living in Cross Road Town, but still jumping back to help his former crewmates how he can. Hoping to regain their trust.
