He does not speak; he just sits there, staring and grinning.
Some say he is plotting your downfall, and they are most likely right, for those who say bad things about Happycat have bad things happen to them...
Not much else is known about Happycat - is he even happy? Is he even a 'he'? Normally genderless things are male by default, but his back end is rarely, if ever, seen (nobody makes it past the ever grinning face) - so what is his true gender? What colour is he? Why does his mouth seem to extend over one half of his face moreso than the other half? Is there rule 34 of him? If not, does he even exist? Nobody knows.
