My gas company fucked up and never put the gas in our name this year when we moved in, and they never put the gas in my landlord's name when the tenants moved out last year so now we owe BOTH of those or we're getting cut off. We use gas for heating the home, and in the north, it's a requirement. We moved in in February and also owe from November-January when we didn't live here since the former tenants left the heat set to 65F so it kept kicking on while the house was vacant. Since they left the state, and since we turned on the utilities in our name, they had nobody to put the utilities on so they pinned it on us.
NOW, we did manage to talk to gas company out of majority of the bill that we weren't here for. However, since they turned on everything ELSE in our name but the gas, they slammed us with one huge 10-month bill. So long as we make a 'significant payment' ($700 or more upfront) they'll allow us to pay for it over time. However, since it's not 'winter' yet, they're legally allowed to shut us off until the end of December, and it's already hitting low 30s here overnight.

I hate to ask since we were just catching up on bills after Sundance's passing but this was entirely unforeseen and we need help.
I AM OPEN FOR COMMISSIONS. However, please expect a several month wait as my queue is slammed. I also have a ton of adopts open on my Ko-fi. I'm not asking for straight up donations, I'd like people to get SOMETHING out of helping since I know money is incredibly tight for everybody.
Now for the growth drive. it's gonna be WAY different than the last ones. I'm using some OCs as placeholders but they won't be the final result. Donations done will open up the possibility for YOUR OC to be picked instead of mine, and if you're picked, you can divvy up whatever was donated into the growths of YOUR choice. So, for example, if we hit the first goal of $300, you can do $200 of that into cock, and then $100 into muscle mass. This is entirely up to the winner.
If we hit the second goal, same thing, but the twist is that the second winner gets to divvy up BOTH totals for their character. They're going to be bigger than the first. And of course, if we hit the third goal, the third character's going to be the biggest. I figured that'd be a fun way to give back to those helping me.
Every $10 will go towards a 'raffle' ticket for your OC to be chosen. (Commissions and adoptions will not go towards this goal)

Thankfully, they can't turn us off in the Winter by law. However, that's also *winter* which is late December. They can do so at any time until then. Our gas company basically became a monopoly so I can't go cheaper or find a better deal. Majority of this bill is the 'delivery' fee, I think our actual usage for 10 months was like 600-ish?
We DID manage to talk them out of the three months we didn't live here but since we didn't sign a proper, legally-binding contract for the lease (since it's my childhood home and my dad owns it), they kept fighting us because we literally couldn't prove we weren't here. im intimately familiar with that, same thing happened to me a few years ago, my gma died and the company refused to accept our calls so we couldnt sign anything over.... they showed up when i was at work, ripped the tank out and cut the master line so we couldnt even get another tank installed without a near 4k 'line running' charge...
and since we didnt have ANY service they didnt have to provide... that WAS in *winter* so i wish you the best of luck, seems like people are already hyped and helping.
