Terms of Service for Kinolenta's Commissions

IMPORTANT NOTICE: the price are listed for colored sketch, NOT SHADED AS SHOWED IN PICTURE; i'll update the picture later
Payment is required upfront - before or after i send the sketch, you choose what suits you more.
You have to pay full price of the commission, but if the price is too much we can work on some sort of payment plan.
Once the payment was sent, it cannot be refunded.
Sketch revisions are limited.
You can change the sketch up to 3 times. Please send them in one message if possible.
After that I will have to require you to pay for any further change.

I don't have a stated deadline, but I'm trying my best to finish the comm under a week or two.
Right now I don't have a job so I can finish them faster

Unless stated otherwise, I have the right to upload finished artwork on my social medias/portfolio.
If you want the finished work to not be published anywhere you will have to state that upfront. I don't take additional payment for that.

Don't use my artwork for AI or crypto or NFT stuff, even if it's not a commission. Thank you.
