I've been planning to show something like this for a while. It's an answer to a popular question from some people (the peasants in my story): "How can you marry a fox?"



The answer is simple – absolutely not. Look at her!) How can you marry her if she can't even consent? XD But she might sneak into your raspberry patch to steal something -._-.



That's exactly where our Sofia found her. Naturally, Marianne insisted on feeding this wild fox and taking it further into the forest. But Sofia begged her to leave her at home, to which her mother replied with her characteristic affected tenderness: "Darling, a wild fox cannot be tamed. Her heart will always call her to the forest."



To which I, as usual, made another Sherwood Forest joke, and she nudged me sweetly.

However, Lisa was in the Boyar Duma that day and did not see this event, and I wonder if she would be offended if I said that this fox reminds me of her?
